WP 10: Project Management and Co-ordination: Activity Type MGT

Objectives:

1. To co-ordinate the research and development work of the project, organise meetings and the reporting of results during the life of the project by ensuring close and proper collaboration amongst Beneficiaries.
2. To ensure the project management and excellence of the scientific work, including quality management, time planning, reporting and financial control, are delivered on time and to budget and to evaluate the progress of the work and the timely completion of deliverables of the individual work packages.
3. To resolve conflicts and risks and take necessary corrective actions and to manage the Project’s relationship with the European Commission by ensuring that all the required documentation is completed on time and to the standard required. The Co-ordinator will liaise with the European Commission on all matters relating to the consortium.
